These terms apply when you use snjse.com or request physical foreign-banknote exchange at the S&J counter. By using the website, you agree to these terms. A counter transaction is formed only after S&J confirms the currencies, amount, applicable rate and acceptance of the banknotes.
1. Service scope
- S&J provides in-person buying and selling of physical foreign currency banknotes at its Pratunam counter.
- The website does not offer remittance, money transfer, cryptocurrency trading, leveraged forex trading, deposits, investment products or guaranteed rates.
- Availability of a currency or denomination is not guaranteed and is confirmed at the counter.
2. Reference rates and quotations
Online rates, calculators, videos and rate-board information are market references only. They are not an offer, binding quotation or guaranteed transaction rate.
The final counter rate may depend on market movement, denomination, series, banknote condition, authenticity, quantity and stock. A quotation may change before the exchange is completed.
3. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and valid identification when requested.
- Present genuine banknotes that you are lawfully entitled to exchange.
- Check the currency, amount, rate and receipt before leaving the counter and promptly tell staff about any apparent discrepancy.
- Do not use the service for an unlawful purpose or on behalf of an undisclosed third party.
4. Acceptance, delay or refusal
S&J may request additional information, delay or refuse a transaction where required for authentication, availability, safety, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, AML/CFT compliance or other legal obligations. S&J may be legally unable to explain certain compliance decisions.
5. Banknote condition
Old series, damaged, marked, torn, contaminated, incomplete or otherwise unacceptable banknotes may be refused or may receive a different rate. Acceptance remains subject to inspection at the counter.
6. Website content and external links
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but content, reference rates and third-party services may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Links to maps, social networks or other third-party services are provided for convenience and are governed by their own terms.
7. Liability and consumer rights
To the extent permitted by law, S&J is not responsible for decisions made solely from reference information or for failures outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights available under applicable consumer law.

9. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Thailand, without removing any mandatory consumer right. We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised date on this page.
